Courtney Upshaw whacking Ben Roethlisberger in a tackle – he really hit him, lifting him off his feet and sending him flying backwards. Ben is not small either, they don’t call him Big Ben for nothing.
Upshaw was hit with a $16K fine by the NFL for roughing the passer, but lots of old school smash mouth football fans would have enjoyed it.
Any game between the Ravens and the Steelers is a tough grudge match, so for many it was just right for the game!
Ben said it was the ‘second’ hardest hit he had taken, and was still feeling it a week later. Ouch!
